Each Spice Blend Packet will season/make 5 lbs of our Fresh Sausage:
(additional ingredients may be needed IMV blends do not include meat and/or other non-meat ingredients such as wine or spirits)
We recommend using a 75/25 or 80/20 Blend of meat and fat. Any ground meat source will work well with each of our profiles, Amazing American Lamb, Beef, Pork, Poultry and/or game.
