As both first generation Italian-Americans “We reflect back to boyhood memories, as the leaves of fall trees changed colors and fell... aromas of various seasoned cured meats, spices and herbs would fill the air, attics, porches and cellars of our uncles, fathers and grandfathers, just as it has for generations.
