For centuries Europeans have been preserving meats as a means of having a source of great food. Based on old world recipes, using quality, regionally acquired clean ingredients and sources just as they did in the old world, DeNittis, DeSantis and "DeSacco" Sacks offer true regional artisanal cured meats made in the custom of the Salumerie offered to you and your clientele. 

 

As first generation Italian-Americans Gennaro and Mark reflect upon boyhood memories, as the leaves of fall trees changed colors and fell...aromas of various seasoned cured meats, spices and herbs would fill the air, attics, porches and cellars of their uncles, fathers and grandfathers, just as it has for generations.

 

It is our aspiration to offer you a part of our passion and love for great food, made from carefully sought out, hand selected, consistent, quality clean ingredients...just as they did in the old world!

    HOURS OF OPERATION:

    We have a very varied schedule as well we are not necessarily a "market" or "deli" with "traditionally" kept hours, however...

    ...we do suggest calling well in advance before coming by. 

     

    Plan on dropping by for our weekly "Loading Dock Friday Sale" from 2:30pm - 6:30pm 

    We open up our tasting room and facility for locals and visitors alike.

By popular demand we will be opening on Friday's to the Denver locals that want "da goods" we offer our special: "Loading Dock Friday"

Harken back to the old days of Boston, Chicago, NYC where your father, grandfather or uncle would go "see this guy" for the special deal from the dock.  

2:30pm - 6:30pm Friday Afternoon

Come taste and sample the full line as well new products under development not yet available...not even to Chef's!
